Key Responsibilities: 1. Business Development & Sales: Drive acquisition of new customers for Home Loans and LAP products. Achieve monthly/quarterly/yearly sales targets for the branch. Build and manage relationships with builders, real estate agents, DSA/Connectors, and channel partners. Identify and develop new markets and customer segments. 2. Team Management: Recruit, train, mentor, and manage a team of Relationship Officers/Executives. Monitor team performance and provide necessary coaching and support to achieve targets. Conduct regular team meetings and review sessions. 3. Customer Relationship Management: Ensure high-quality customer service and support. Handle customer queries, complaints, and ensure timely resolution. Maintain long-term relationships with high-value clients. 4. Credit & Risk Assessment: Coordinate with credit team for smooth processing of files. Understand and assess creditworthiness of clients based on financials and property documents. Ensure compliance with internal credit and risk norms. 5. Operations & Compliance: Ensure all branch operations are in line with company policies and regulatory guidelines. Manage documentation, loan processing, disbursals, and post-disbursal activities.
