Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Branch Manager located in Moradabad. As a Branch Manager, you will oversee daily branch operations, ensure compliance with banking regulations, manage branch staff, and deliver excellent customer service. You will be responsible for achieving business targets, expanding the customer base, and maintaining branch profitability. Additional responsibilities include staff training, reporting, and implementation of business strategies to align with the bank's mission.

• Strong understanding of banking operations, compliance, and financial practices.
• Customer service and relationship management skills to enhance client satisfaction and expand the customer base.
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills for assessing performance metrics and resolving operational challenges.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with clients, staff, and stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Banking, or related field (MBA or equivalent qualification is an advantage).
• Prior experience in banking or financial services, with a track record in branch management, is preferred.
