About the Role:

Tourmax is expanding across Kerala and Tamil Nadu and is looking for dynamic and result-driven Branch Managers to lead and grow our local operations. You will be responsible for sales performance, team management, local marketing, customer satisfaction, and achieving business goals at your branch.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the branch office.
• Lead and supervise the local telecaller/sales team.
• Drive group tour sales through walk-ins, leads, and local partnerships.
• Ensure smooth delivery of services — itinerary finalization, payments, customer handling.
• Conduct local promotions, participate in travel expos/events.
• Maintain relationships with existing customers and build a referral network.
• Submit sales reports and branch performance metrics to HO regularly.
• Coordinate with Head Office for product updates, marketing support, and training.

Candidate Profile:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or branch handling (tourism or service industry preferred).
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Customer-first attitude with sales-driven mindset.
• Fluent in Malayalam and English (Tamil preferred for Nagercoil/Coimbatore branches).
• Knowledge of international and domestic tour packages is a bonus.

Pay: ₹15,055.21 - ₹39,526.42 per month
