Tele Marketing Executive

Tourmax is seeking enthusiastic and persuasive Tele Callers to join our growing team, specializing in Group Tour Sales for both domestic and international destinations. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys communicating with people, has a passion for travel, and is eager to grow in the tourism industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers from our provided call database.
• Present and explain group tour packages to interested travelers.
• Handle inquiries about destinations like Thailand, Vietnam, Andaman, Europe, etc.
• Share customized itineraries and promotional offers via WhatsApp and email.
• Follow up with interested leads and track conversations effectively.
• Update call status and lead responses daily.
• Work with the sales and operations team to ensure smooth conversion and customer satisfaction.

Candidate Profile:

• Freshers or up to 2 years experience in telecalling/sales/customer support.
• Strong communication skills in Malayalam (mandatory); basic English preferred.
• Friendly, confident, and target-oriented.
• Comfortable using WhatsApp, Excel, and smartphone tools.
• Passion for travel and people interaction is a big plus.
