Achieve the branch s contributed value targets in line with organizational goals.
Drive sales volumes across multiple financial products while ensuring quality sourcing and underwriting diligence.
Monitor and control delinquencies and fraud to maintain healthy portfolio performance.
Deliver superior customer service and maintain high standards in customer satisfaction.
Ensure turnaround times (TATs) for credit processing are met and minimize pre- and post-disbursal discrepancies.
Track key performance drivers of the branch including:
o Contributed value
o Volume, profitability, expenses, and losses
o Customer experience and satisfaction
o Employee retention and productivity
Evaluate individual performance of all team members and take steps to optimize branch productivity.
Motivate, develop, and lead the branch team to achieve excellence.
Foster a culture of performance, accountability, and low attrition.
Conduct regular meetings to align team efforts with branch goals.
Provide honest and constructive feedback while encouraging open communication and receiving feedback.
