Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Branch Manager at Synfyn Group, located in Thrissur. The Branch Manager will oversee daily operations, manage team performance, ensure customer satisfaction, and achieve branch targets. They will also be responsible for developing strategy, overseeing financial management, ensuring compliance with company policies, and fostering a positive work environment. Responsibilities include managing budgets, optimizing operational efficiency, leading staff training and development, and maintaining necessary documentation and records.
