Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Branch Manager with at least 3 years of experience in the Microfinance industry to oversee our branch operations in various locations in Karnataka & Maharashtra. As a Branch Manager, your responsibilities will include lead generation, collections, handling customer queries, supervising and motivating field staff, as well as ensuring compliance within the Branch. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience working in the Microfinance sector, with at least 1 year in a Branch Manager role. A graduate degree or higher qualification is preferred for this position.,
