Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Regional Manager located in Bangalore Rural. The Regional Manager will oversee daily operations within the assigned region, including managing staff, developing and implementing business plans, setting sales goals, and monitoring performance. The Regional Manager will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with banking regulations, maintaining customer satisfaction, and identifying opportunities for branch growth and improvement.
