Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Branch Manager located in West Bengal, India. The Branch Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the branch, managing staff, driving sales targets, and ensuring excellent customer service. Additional tasks include developing and implementing strategies to improve branch performance, coordinating with various departments to resolve customer issues, and maintaining regulatory compliance. The Branch Manager will also be responsible for monitoring financial activities, creating reports, and fostering a positive work environment.
