Role Description

This is a full-time Branch Manager role located on-site in North Goa. The Branch Manager will oversee daily branch operations, manage and lead branch staff, develop and implement strategies to achieve branch sales targets, and ensure excellent customer service. The role involves managing client relationships, handling customer queries, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. The Branch Manager will also be responsible for staff training and development, budget management, and maintaining operational efficiency.

Qualifications

Experience in managing branch operations and leading teams
Strong sales and marketing skills
Excellent customer service and relationship management skills
Good understanding of financial products and services
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
Prior experience in the insurance industry is a plus
