Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Branch Manager located in Kottayam. The Branch Manager will oversee daily operations, ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, and lead the team to achieve business targets. Responsibilities also include staff management, maintaining effective communication with clients, and implementing strategies for business growth. Additionally, the Branch Manager will handle client inquiries, provide exceptional service, and ensure all administrative tasks are completed efficiently.
