Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development:
Achieve and surpass LAP sales targets, develop and implement effective sales strategies, and identify new market opportunities to grow the loan book.
Staff Management:
Hire, train, and motivate branch staff, including sales managers, ensuring clear communication of goals and providing constructive feedback to foster a positive work environment.
Customer Service:
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by resolving queries and complaints promptly, maintaining excellent service standards, and gathering feedback for continuous improvement.
Operational Oversight:
Manage daily branch operations, monitor workflow, and streamline processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Financial Management:
Oversee branch budgets, manage expenses, and maintain financial responsibility, including tracking performance and generating reports on sales and operations.
Compliance & Risk Management:
Ensure the branch adheres to all relevant banking regulations and internal policies, especially concerning loan approvals and customer data.
Stakeholder Engagement:
Collaborate with regional management and other departments, and build strong relationships within the local community to expand the customer base.
