Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Business & Sales

Drive LAP sourcing through DSAs, connectors, builders, and direct channels
Achieve branch-level disbursement, login, and revenue targets
Identify new catchment areas and business opportunities
Build and maintain strong relationships with external sourcing partners

Team Management

Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of Sales Managers, Relationship Managers, and Operations staff
Conduct regular performance reviews and training sessions
Ensure productivity and discipline across the branch

Credit & Risk Management

Ensure adherence to credit policy and underwriting norms
Monitor portfolio quality, delinquency, and early warning signals
Coordinate with Credit, Legal, and Technical teams for timely sanctions and disbursements

Operations & Compliance

Ensure smooth branch operations and timely processing of files
Maintain 100% compliance with internal policies and regulatory guidelines
Oversee documentation, disbursement, and post-disbursement activities

Customer Experience

Ensure superior customer service and quick TATs
Handle escalations and resolve customer grievances effectively

Preferred candidate profile

Graduate / Postgraduate (MBA preferred)
4-6 years of experience in secured lending, with at least 23 years in a managerial role
Strong understanding of LAP products, credit appraisal, and local market dynamics
