Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Branch Manager based in Puducherry. The Branch Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the branch, managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and achieving business targets. Responsibilities include developing and implementing sales strategies, handling customer queries and complaints, maintaining branch records, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations. The Branch Manager will also be involved in training and mentoring staff to improve performance and productivity.

Qualifications

Proven experience in branch management and customer service
Strong leadership and team management skills
Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
Knowledge of insurance products and market trends
Problem-solving and decision-making skills
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
Proficiency in local language (Tamil) and English
Experience in the insurance industry is a plus
