Branch Manager - Sales

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Branch Manager to lead our Erode branch. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing branch operations, leading a sales team, managing customer relationships, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations and company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage daily operations of the branch effectively.
• Develop and execute strategies to achieve chit subscription and collection targets.
• Supervise and guide field executives, tele-callers, and customer support staff.
• Maintain healthy customer relationships and resolve grievances quickly.
• Monitor daily collection reports, outstanding dues, and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Ensure compliance with government regulations applicable to chit fund operations.
• Handle branch accounts, audits, and ensure proper documentation.
• Coordinate with head office and submit periodical reports.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in chit fund or financial services (Minimum 10+ years).
• Strong leadership, team management, and motivational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle pressure and achieve targets within deadlines.
• Knowledge of financial regulations and chit fund practices.
• Computer proficiency with MS Office and collection software.
