Key Responsibilities Manage and oversee the daily operations of the rural branch, including customer service, sales, and branch performance. Develop and implement strategies to increase branch profitability and achieve sales targets. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, local businesses, and community leaders to promote the bank's products and services. Lead and motivate a team of branch staff to deliver excellent customer service and achieve sales goals. Monitor and analyze branch performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions. Ensure compliance with all banking regulations and internal policies and procedures. Collaborate with other departments within the bank to develop and implement new products and services for the rural market. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail banking, with at least 2 years in a managerial role. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth. Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and manage a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of rural banking practices and regulations. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
