Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Branch Manager Sales to lead and drive sales for our SaaS-based HRMS, Payroll, Tax Solution, and Accounting product suite. The candidate will be responsible for branch-level revenue growth, team management, customer acquisition, and strengthening our market presence.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales & Revenue Management

Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for HR and Payroll, Matrix, and Tax/Accounting solutions. Drive SaaS subscription sales with a focus on new customer acquisition and renewals. Create branch-wise sales strategies to achieve business objectives.

2. Team Leadership & Performance

Manage, mentor, and monitor the sales team to ensure productivity and performance. Conduct weekly reviews, pipeline discussions, and target vs. achievement analysis.

Ensure timely lead follow-ups and high conversion ratios.

3. Client Engagement & Relationship Building

Meet key decision-makers (HR, Finance, Directors) to pitch products. Build long-term relationships with clients to drive cross-selling and upselling.

Resolve escalations and ensure customer satisfaction.

4. Market Expansion & Lead Generation

Identify new market opportunities and enterprise prospects. Collaborate with marketing team for branch events, campaigns, and promotions. Build strong channel and partner networks where applicable.

5. Product & Domain Knowledge

Strong understanding of SaaS sales models (subscription, cloud licensing). Deep knowledge in HRMS, Payroll, and Compliance domain preferred. Ability to present product demos in HR, Accounts, and Taxation areas.

6. Operational Responsibilities

Maintain accurate sales reports, forecasts, and MIS for the branch. Ensure adherence to ethical selling and zero-wrong commitments. Monitor competition and recommend strategic improvements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

6 to 8 years of experience in SaaS product sales (mandatory).

Experience in software sales.

Proven track record of achieving sales targets.

Strong people management and leadership skills.

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.

Familiarity with CRM tools, sales analytics, and pipeline management.

Experience handling a branch or region independently.

Ability to manage enterprise clients and large accounts.

Exposure to solution selling and need-based consultative selling.

Strong network in HR, Payroll, Finance, or Compliance domains.
