Role & responsibilities

A Branch Manager handling Salaried Personal Loans (PL) is responsible for driving loan disbursements, managing branch operations, and ensuring compliance while leading a high-performing team.

  • ales & Business Development

    personal loan disbursements

    for salaried customers.
  • Develop and execute

    sales strategies

    to meet monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Identify and tap into

    new customer segments

    and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Team Leadership

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of

    loan officers, relationship managers, and support staff

  • Set performance goals and conduct regular reviews to ensure productivity.
  • Customer Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with

  • Branch Operations

    of the branch, ensuring smooth workflow and service delivery.

  • Ensure adherence to

    regulatory guidelines

    and minimize delinquency through proactive risk assessment.
  • Reporting & Analysis
