Job Description

Supervise daily branch activities including logistics, customer service, and administrative functions
Ensure timely dispatches, route planning, and linehaul coordination
Monitor inventory, documentation, and proof of delivery (POD) compliance
Manage, train, and evaluate branch staff
Ensure adherence to labor laws, leave policies, and HR protocols
Resolve internal conflicts
onboard and manage third-party vendors and transport partners
Negotiate contracts, monitor service levels, and ensure timely payments
Maintain strong relationships with clients and regional leadership
Monitor branch budgets, cost control, and profitability
Implement SOPs, checklists, and audit mechanisms
Identify process gaps and drive continuous improvement initiatives
Address customer complaints and service failures
Ensure high service quality and timely resolution of issues

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,138.58 - ₹39,888.10 per month
