About the Role: We are a fast-growing company seeking a smart, resourceful, and self-driven Assistant Manager to support our branch operations and drive growth in both existing and new markets. The role requires strong business development skills, operational discipline, and customer-handling ability. Key Responsibilities: Maintain professional grooming standards: wear uniform/formals (if uniform not provided) and formal shoes. Mark attendance daily in the branch register (arrival & exit). Enter all walk-in customer details into company software and update lead status regularly. Visit nearby NBFCs (within 5 km radius) to generate business leads and partnerships. Handle customer queries and provide prompt, satisfactory resolutions. Conduct marketing activities in high-footfall areas to promote the branch and services. Ensure safe and secure movement of money and gold to Head Office and other branches daily. Be flexible to report to other branches when required. Actively participate in all weekly, monthly, and quarterly review meetings.
