Role Overview-
We are seeking a seasoned Sales and Business Development Leader to drive revenue growth and expand our client base across multiple regions. This individual will be responsible for defining go-to-market strategies, leading a high-performance sales team, and building strategic partnerships that unlock scalable growth.
Candidate Profile:
10+ years of experience in financial services, with at least 5 years in a sales leadership role
Proven track record of multi-location sales management and team scaling.
Strong understanding of (broking/ Wealth) products and market dynamics.
Exceptional stakeholder management and client acquisition skills.
Comfortable in a fast-paced, results-oriented, and cross-functional environment.
MBA or equivalent is preferred.
