A challenging opportunity with a leading insurance broking branch in Delhi.

Position Title:

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Performance Management:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies, set sales targets for the branch and its agents, and monitor performance to ensure goals are met.
Team Leadership & Development:
Recruit, train, motivate, and mentor sales staff to improve their performance and productivity.
Operational Oversight:
Manage the daily operations of the branch, ensuring smooth functioning, timely reporting, and efficient handling of customer queries and complaints.
Customer & Stakeholder Relations:
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and other key stakeholders, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Compliance & Regulatory Adherence:
Ensure that the branch operates in compliance with all company policies, procedures, and relevant insurance industry regulations.
Business Strategy & Development:
Conduct market research, develop marketing plans, and identify new business opportunities to expand the customer base and grow the branch's business.
Financial Management:
Oversee the financial aspects of the branch, including support for sales promotion activities and ensuring accurate commission reconciliations.
