Roles and Responsibilities

Drive business growth and achieve branch targets across banking products.
Ensure high levels of customer service and satisfaction.
Manage daily branch operations and ensure compliance with regulatory norms.
Lead and develop the branch team to meet performance goals.
Monitor market trends and provide feedback for strategic planning.

Desired Candidate Profile

Graduate or Postgraduate in any discipline; MBA preferred.
7 - 12 years of experience in banking or financial services, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
Proven ability in sales, team management, and operational excellence.
High integrity, customer-centric mindset, and adaptability.
Should be currently working as Branch Manager only.

Age Criteria : Max 38 Years

Any vintage RM/ NRI RM /RM having a vast portfolio may apply. Will scrutiny for Personal Interview basis branch/ customer handling experience and CA - SA - TD portfolio Net worth.
