Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Drive business growth and consistently achieve branch targets across banking products including CASA, Term Deposits, Loans, and Third-Party Products.
Ensure superior customer service standards and high levels of customer satisfaction.
Oversee daily branch operations while ensuring full compliance with regulatory and internal policies.
Lead, mentor, and manage the branch team to achieve performance and productivity goals.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to provide strategic feedback for business planning.
Effectively manage customer portfolios, especially in high-value segments.

Desired Candidate Profile

Graduate or Postgraduate in any discipline; MBA preferred.
7 to 12 years of experience in banking or financial services, with a minimum of 2 years in a leadership role.
Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
Proven expertise in sales, team management, and operational excellence.
High integrity, customer-centric approach, and adaptability to dynamic environments.
Currently working as a Branch Manager
or
Relationship Manager (Vintage RM / NRI RM / RM)
with extensive experience in handling large customer portfolios.
