Role & responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day branch operations (pickup, delivery, documentation).
  • Lead and motivate staff to meet performance goals.
  • Build and maintain customer relationships.
  • Drive business growth and achieve sales/revenue targets.
  • Monitor branch expenses, profitability, and compliance.
  • Ensure quality, safety, and operational efficiency.
  • Drive branch sales and revenue targets through customer acquisition and retention.
  • Identify new business opportunities and local market trends.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Experience in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Business.
  • 1+ years of logistics/transportation experience, with a managerial role.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of logistics operations and financial management.
  • Customer-focused with business development experience.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and logistics management software
