Company Description We suggest you enter details here. Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Branch Manager at JAYSKAY Financial Services, based in Chennai. The Branch Manager will oversee daily operations, manage staff, and ensure customer satisfaction while striving to meet the branch's financial goals. Responsibilities include monitoring sales and service performance, fostering client relationships, managing budgets, and implementing policies and procedures. The Branch Manager will also be involved in training and mentoring employees and developing strategies to boost branch performance. Some work from home is acceptable as part of the hybrid nature of the role. Qualifications Leadership, Team Management, and Employee Training skills Customer Relationship Management, Client Services, and Sales Performance Management skills Financial Management, Budget Management, and Strategic Planning skills Strong understanding of regulatory policies and compliance Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills Proficiency in MS Office and financial software applications Prior experience in financial services or banking is highly desirable Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field Show more Show less
