Company Description We suggest you enter details here. Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Branch Manager at JAYSKAY Financial Services, based in Chennai. The Branch Manager will oversee daily operations, manage staff, and ensure customer satisfaction while striving to meet the branch's financial goals. Responsibilities include monitoring sales and service performance, fostering client relationships, managing budgets, and implementing policies and procedures. The Branch Manager will also be involved in training and mentoring employees and developing strategies to boost branch performance. Some work from home is acceptable as part of the hybrid nature of the role.
