As a Branch Manager in the Life Insurance Agency Channel, you will be responsible for leading a team of Sales Managers and ensuring the productivity and success of the agency. Your key responsibilities will include: - Recruiting and building a high-performing team of Sales Managers - Handholding the sales managers in the early stages to ensure their success - Managing the relationship with both internal and external customers - Supporting day-to-day operations of the sales team - Managing sales and sale-related activities in the channel - Providing channel support and sales process management - Managing financials of the relationship to meet financial targets and ensure correct commission reconciliation - Providing training and product support for channels and employees, including new hires - Ensuring delivery of all mandatory trainings - Demonstrating team management capabilities and competitor knowledge - Being customer-focused, proactive, result-oriented, and possessing influencing skills - Mentoring and monitoring skills to support the team's development The company offers a range of benefits including a flexible schedule, health insurance, life insurance, paid sick time, and provident fund.
