Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Branch Manager located in Thrissur. The Branch Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff performance, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving branch profitability. Additional tasks include handling financial transactions, developing business strategies, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.

• Experience in financial services, especially in loans and banking
• Leadership and staff management skills
• Customer service and communication skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency in financial software and tech-savvy
• Knowledge of compliance and regulatory guidelines
• Relevant qualifications in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
