Job Title : Branch Manager
Location : Gadarwara, District Narsinghpur
Job Description :
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Branch Manager to lead our team in Gadarwara. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in business and personal loan products, with the ability to drive sales and manage daily branch operations effectively.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Manage branch operations and team performance
2. Generate and process business and personal loans
3. Ensure customer satisfaction and smooth day-to-day functioning
4. Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth
5. Maintain compliance with company policies and financial regulations
Eligibility Criteria :
Education : Graduate (any stream)
Experience : Minimum 2 years in a similar role
Skills : In-depth knowledge of business and personal loans
Language : Proficiency in Hindi and basic English
Availability : Immediate joiners preferred
Compensation :
CTC : Up to ₹35,000 per month + Attractive Incentives
Other Details :
Working Days : 6 days a week
