Role & responsibilities

Business Development & Revenue Growth

• Drive branch revenue through

  equity trading, third-party product sales, and new client acquisition

• Develop and execute strategies to achieve

  sales targets and profitability goals

• Identify

  cross-selling and up-selling opportunities

  in:
• Mutual Funds
  
• Insurance
  
• PMS
  
• Structured Products
  
• Fixed Income Products
  

Branch Operations Management

• Oversee

  daily branch operations

  including equity trading and financial services
• Ensure compliance with

  company policies and regulatory norms (SEBI, NSE, BSE)

• Monitor operational efficiency and resolve issues promptly
  

Team Leadership & Management

• Lead and manage

  dealers, relationship managers, and support staff

• Set performance targets and conduct

  regular reviews & training

• Build a

  performance-driven and collaborative work culture

Client Relationship Management

• Acquire, manage, and retain

  HNI and retail clients

• Provide personalized investment solutions and superior service
  
• Handle escalations, feedback, and ensure client satisfaction
  

Market Analysis & Advisory Support

• Track

  equity market trends, macroeconomic updates, and corporate actions

• Provide market guidance to team and clients
  
• Support portfolio diversification and risk management
  

Compliance & Risk Management

• Ensure adherence to

  SEBI & Exchange regulations

• Monitor trading activities and minimize risks
  
• Conduct periodic audits and reviews

Preferred candidate profile

• Strong experience in

  Equity Broking / Stock Market Operations & Sales

• Proven

  branch handling, revenue generation & team leadership

  experience
• Excellent client relationship and sales skills
  
• Sound knowledge of

  Equity, MF, Insurance, PMS & Fixed Income Products

• NISM Certifications preferred
