Branch Manager

As a Branch Manager at GS Leasing And Finance Private Limited in Gadarwara, District Narsinghpur, you will play a crucial role in leading and managing the branch operations effectively. Your primary focus will be on driving sales, generating and processing business and personal loans, ensuring customer satisfaction, and achieving monthly sales targets to contribute to the business growth. You should have a strong background in business and personal loan products, along with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role. To excel in this role, you must possess in-depth knowledge of business and personal loans, have excellent communication skills in Hindi and basic English, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Immediate joiners are preferred, and the compensation offered for this position is up to 35,000 per month along with attractive incentives. This is a full-time position with a 6-day work week and morning shifts only.
