Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Branch Manager located in Erode. The Branch Manager will oversee daily operations, manage staff, drive sales, and ensure customer satisfaction. The Branch Manager will also develop and implement business strategies, assess market conditions, and manage financial performance. Additional responsibilities include overseeing the compliance of regulatory policies and managing branch activities to maximize efficiency and growth.

Qualifications

Experience in team management, leadership, and customer service
Skills in financial analysis, sales, and business development
Proficiency in regulatory compliance and risk management
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to drive performance and achieve targets
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
Prior experience in a financial institution is preferred
