 Branch Manager - GL North West 
 About The Role  
The Branch Manager is responsible for overseeing all operations, staff, and business development activities at the GL North West branch. This role ensures the branch meets its financial objectives, delivers exceptional customer service, and operates in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.  Key Responsibilities 
  • Lead, coach, and manage branch staff to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer service.
  • Develop and implement business strategies to increase branch profitability and market share.
  • Monitor and analyze branch performance metrics, preparing regular reports for senior management.
  • Oversee daily branch operations, ensuring adherence to company policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
  • Foster and maintain strong relationships with customers, identifying opportunities for cross-selling and upselling products and services.
  • Recruit, train, and develop branch employees to ensure a high-performing team.
  • Handle customer inquiries, issues, and escalations in a professional and timely manner.
  • Manage branch budgets, expenses, and resources efficiently.
  • Ensure the security and safety of the branch premises, assets, and personnel.
  • Represent the branch at local business and community events to enhance the company's presence in the region.

  •  Qualifications 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Management, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in branch management, retail banking, or a similar leadership role.
  • Strong leadership, team management, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service abilities.
  • Ability to analyze financial statements and branch performance data.
  • Familiarity with relevant industry regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Results-driven with a strong focus on achieving business objectives.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant branch management software.

  •  Working Conditions 
  • Full-time position based at the GL North West branch location.
  • May require occasional travel to attend meetings, training sessions, or community events.
  • Standard office environment with periods of high activity during peak business hours.
