Branch Manager - Financial Services

Location: Kasaragod

Education: Bachelor's degree Mandatory

Salary: INR 4.5 LPA to INR 6 LPA + Attractive Incentives

Experience: Minimum 6-8 years of experience in selling financial services products and managing branch administration or managing staff.

Requirements

• Proven leadership experience in managing a branch or team.
• 5+ years of experience in the stock market and selling financial products such as SIP, mutual funds, and PMS (Portfolio Management Services).
• Strong knowledge of financial markets and investment products.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to motivate and lead a team to achieve business goals.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

Responsibilities

Branch Operations:

• Monitor daily branch activities including pay-ins/payouts and customer grievances.
• Manage risk associated with trade errors and debtors.
• Provide regular reports on branch activities to the Regional Manager.

HR Activities for Branch:

• Manage branch staff including recruitment, training, and performance management.
• Marketing & Business Development Activities:
• Lead customer acquisition and retention efforts.
• Target High Net Worth Individuals (HNIs) and corporate clients.
• Conduct competitor analysis to identify market trends and opportunities.
• Facilitate daily morning meetings and discussions with branch staff.
• Review branch performance metrics on a monthly and weekly basis.
• Organize weekly investor meets to expand the client base.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
