Role Description

This full-time role is for a Branch Manager Field Sales, located on-site in Noida. The Branch Manager will be responsible for managing and leading the sales team, developing sales strategies, and driving revenue growth. The position involves overseeing daily sales activities, setting and tracking sales targets, preparing reports, and maintaining customer relationships. The role also includes coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth operations and implementing company policies within the branch.

Qualifications

  • 5yrs +Experience in managing sales teams and developing sales strategies in B2B industries only.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze sales data and prepare reports
  • Knowledge of the SME industry in Delhi NCR and market trends in India and Exports.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Ability to work on-site in Noida
