Business Development & Revenue Generation: Drive branch performance in terms of deposit growth, loan portfolio, and cross-sell of financial products (insurance, mutual funds, etc.). Identify new business opportunities and expand customer base. Achieve monthly/quarterly/annual sales and revenue targets. Customer Relationship Management: Ensure excellent customer service by resolving issues promptly and maintaining service quality. Build and nurture long-term relationships with high-value customers. Handle escalations and ensure high customer satisfaction. Operations & Compliance: Ensure smooth and efficient daily operations of the branch. Adhere to all banking guidelines, regulations, and procedures. Ensure compliance with audit, KYC, AML, and RBI norms. Team Leadership & Development: Recruit, train, and manage branch staff. Set performance goals and conduct regular performance evaluations. Foster a positive and productive work environment. Risk Management: Monitor and manage operational, credit, and market risks at the branch level. Ensure timely reporting and resolution of discrepancies and frauds.
