Branch Manager

Role Overview: You will be responsible for managing the branch, leading a team, attending leads, and building business relations with current and potential customers. Your role will involve initiating outbound calls to connect with potential customers, creating and maintaining a database of prospective clients, achieving monthly and annual sales targets, preparing rough estimates, collecting tokens, collaborating with designers to send drawings to the factory, preparing final estimates, finalizing documents, and obtaining client satisfaction reports. Key Responsibilities: - Manage the branch effectively. - Lead and manage the team efficiently. - Attend and follow up on leads promptly. - Build and maintain strong business relations with current and potential customers. - Initiate outbound calls to connect with potential customers. - Create and update a database of prospective clients. - Achieve monthly and annual sales targets. - Prepare rough estimates for projects. - Collect tokens from clients. - Work closely with designers to send drawings to the factory. - Prepare final estimates for projects. - Finalize all required documents for projects. - Obtain client satisfaction reports for feedback. Qualifications Required: - Previous experience in branch management and team handling. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Proven track record in sales and customer relationship management. - Ability to work towards and achieve sales targets. - Knowledge of interior design or home decor industry is a plus. - Excellent organizational and time management skills. - Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.,
