Position Summary: The AM / Manager – Treasury will be part of the Treasury team supporting in treasury operations like fundraising, regulatory & lender compliance, and internal/external stakeholder coordination. The role includes both strategic and operational responsibilities to ensure efficient treasury functioning in line with company goals. Key Responsibilities: Prepare CAMs / proposals in lender’s format and liaise with lenders to follow up on proposal status, resolve queries and fulfil any additional documentation or clarifications. Manage completion of pre-disbursement requirements and documentation in coordination with lenders. Prepare and maintain a Covenant Tracker for all lender obligations and monitor on a monthly / quarterly basis as per lender agreements. Interact with external stakeholders (Lenders, Rating Agencies, Debenture Trustees etc.) to provide timely data, resolve queries, and ensure monthly data submissions and reconciliations. Ensure accurate and timely submission of treasury-related reports and lender compliances. Assist in the development and implementation of Treasury SOPs and risk management frameworks.
