Job Description

Triumph Bardhaman is seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Branch Manager to lead overall operations, sales, and customer experience at our premium motorcycle showroom. The ideal candidate should have proven leadership ability, strong business acumen, and a passion for delivering excellence in customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day operations of the showroom, ensuring smooth workflow across sales, service, and administration.
Drive sales performance and achieve monthly/annual business targets.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to enhance brand loyalty.
Lead, train, and motivate the showroom team for achieving operational excellence.
Monitor financial performance, inventory, and cost control.
Ensure compliance with company policies, brand guidelines, and statutory requirements.
Plan and execute local marketing initiatives to strengthen the brand presence.
Handle escalated customer queries and ensure premium service delivery.

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in a managerial/supervisory role (Automobile industry experience preferred).
Strong leadership, decision-making, and people management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to manage targets and drive business growth.
Proficiency in MS Office and basic reporting tools.
