Role & responsibilities

Lead overall branch operations and ensure smooth functioning of day-to-day banking activities.
Drive CASA (Current Account & Savings Account), Retail Assets, Insurance, and Third-Party Product sales to meet business targets.
Manage and mentor branch staff, ensuring productivity, compliance, and professional development.
Ensure superior customer service delivery and maintain high customer satisfaction scores.
Monitor branch financial performance, profitability, and cost efficiency.
Build strong local market presence and enhance customer acquisition.
Ensure strict adherence to audit, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
Maintain high standards of risk management and internal control within the branch.
