Roles and Responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
  • Oversee team performance, set goals, and coach agents to achieve targets in agency sales.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients to identify their needs and provide tailored solutions for health, life, accidental, and other types of insurance products.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase insurance sales through agency channel development and management.
  • Manage daily operations of the branch office, ensuring efficient sales performance and customer satisfaction.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets in an agency setting.
  • Strong understanding of Health Insurance, Life Insurance, Accidental Insurance, General Insurance, Travel Insurance etc. .
  • 3-8 years of experience in Branch Management or similar role in Insurance Sales & Agency Development.
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to build rapport with clients at all levels.
