Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

1. Operations & Administration:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring smooth academic and administrative functions.
  • Implement and maintain SOPs for operational efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with institute policies and government regulations.
  • Maintain infrastructure, classrooms, and learning resources.

2. Student Enrollment & Business Growth:

  • Drive student admissions by implementing marketing and outreach strategies.
  • Develop partnerships with schools, colleges, and educational institutions to generate leads.
  • Work closely with the marketing team for campaigns, promotions, and student engagement activities.
  • Achieve revenue targets and ensure branch profitability.

3. Faculty & Staff Management:

  • Recruit, train, and manage faculty and administrative staff.
  • Ensure timely delivery of lectures, test series, and mentoring sessions.
  • Foster a collaborative and motivated work environment.

4. Academic Excellence & Student Support:

  • Ensure high-quality academic delivery and student satisfaction.
  • Monitor student performance and provide necessary interventions for improvement.
  • Address student and parent concerns effectively.
  • Organize seminars, workshops, and guest lectures to enhance learning.

5. Financial & Reporting Responsibilities:

  • Maintain financial records, budget planning, and expense control.
  • Generate reports on student admissions, faculty performance, and academic progress.
  • Provide regular updates to senior management.

Requirements:

  • Education:

    Bachelor s/Master s degree in Management, Education, or a related field.
  • Experience:

    Minimum

    3-5 years

    of experience in education management, preferably in a coaching institute or EdTech sector.
  • Skills Required:

    Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Knowledge of UPSC exam patterns and academic requirements.
  • Business acumen and sales-driven mindset.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple responsibilities effectively.
