The Branch Manager will be responsible for the overall day-to-day operations of the petrol pump , ensuring smooth running of sales, staff, cash, and customer management. The role requires leadership, honesty, and a strong sense of responsibility to maintain accurate accounts and achieve daily business targets. Key Responsibilities: Supervise daily fuel sales , monitor pump readings, and maintain accurate shift reports. Handle cash collection, deposits, and reconciliation of daily accounts. Oversee staff attendance, duty allotment, and performance . Maintain credit sales and follow up on collections . Ensure proper customer service , attend complaints, and maintain long-term relationships. Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports to management. Monitor fuel stock, deliveries, and maintenance of pumps, air, and lighting. Coordinate with BPCL Company officials for inspections, billing, and documentation. Maintain cleanliness, safety, and compliance standards at the forecourt and office. Job Summary: Responsible for fuel filling, customer service, and maintaining safety & cleanliness at the petrol pump. The Salesman represents the face of the bunk and plays a key role in daily sales, cash handling, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Fill petrol and diesel accurately as per customer request. Collect cash, card, or UPI payments and hand over to the shift incharge. Maintain neat appearance and polite communication with all customers. Issue bills/receipts correctly and follow company procedures. Check air, water, and windshield cleaning for vehicles when needed. Maintain clean forecourt area and nozzle hygiene . Report any equipment issue, leakage, or safety concern immediately. Support in dip reading, stock checking, and shift closing reports . Follow safety rules and proper uniform at all times. Requirements: Minimum 10th Standard education (Basic reading & writing skills). Should be honest, disciplined, and customer friendly . Willing to work in rotational shifts (Morning, Evening, Night). Prefer candidates with basic cash handling or bunk experience , but not mandatory.
