Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Branch Incharge. The position is located in Purnia. The Branch Incharge will oversee daily branch operations, manage staff, ensure successful execution of services, and maintain client relationships. Duties include developing and implementing strategies to improve service delivery, monitoring performance metrics, handling customer inquiries, and coordinating with other departments.

Qualifications

Strong leadership and staff management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in developing and implementing operational strategies
Ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently
Proficiency in performance monitoring and reporting
Strong organizational and time management skills
Experience in admissions, placements, or job services is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
