Job Description

In this role, you will be responsible for identifying business growth opportunities across the Branch and developing direct/channel/new client acquisition strategies to achieve Branch targets. You will also be tasked with augmenting the business volumes of mortgage lending in the region, managing client databases, and tapping into them through Team Leaders and dedicated Field Staffs. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement client acquisition strategies to drive business growth - Manage client databases and coordinate with Team Leaders and Field Staffs to tap into potential clients - Foster relationships with key clients to increase the client base of the Region - Monitor lead generation and Team Leader sales productivity metrics to ensure a high-performance sales culture - Conduct market research to analyze competitive offerings and identify business opportunities in the mortgage segment - Collaborate with channel partners to establish a touchpoint management system for enhanced customer connectivity - Organize engagement programs and sales trainings for channel partners to drive sales efficiency - Monitor SLAs, sales efficiencies, and the role of channels to optimize sales performance - Deploy schemes and prioritize high revenue products to maximize sales opportunities - Coordinate with the Marketing team to ensure adequate marketing support for brand visibility and sales promotion in the region - Provide distributors and customers with information on new products and services to boost sales Qualifications Required: - Experience in business development and client acquisition strategies - Strong analytical skills to monitor sales metrics and identify growth opportunities - Excellent communication and relationship management skills - Ability to collaborate with channel partners and drive sales initiatives - Prior experience in the mortgage lending industry is a plus In this role, you will also be responsible for educating, motivating, and coaching the Distributor Sales Team, as well as providing necessary inputs for sales force capability development. Additionally, you will work towards ensuring continuous improvement in training content for the HR Team.,
