We are dedicated to expanding our support to rural populations and currently operate across 10 states, with 249 branches in regions such as Uttar Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Bihar, and more. SVCL focuses on creating opportunities that contribute to individual growth and community development. Key Responsibilities:1. Generate leads for MSME Dukan Loan through field visits, cold calling, market mapping, and local networking.2. Visit MSME businesses, understand their financial needs, and explain loan products clearly.3. Collect applications, required KYC documents, financial details, and ensure proper file completion.4. Conduct preliminary credit assessment and verify customer eligibility.5. Achieve monthly disbursement and sourcing targets assigned by the company.6. Maintain strong follow-up with customers for documentation, approval, and disbursement.7. Build good relationships with local vendors, traders, shop owners, and business communities.8. Ensure 100% compliance with company policies and RBI/NBFC guidelines.🎓 Skills Required:1. Strong communication & presentation skills.2. Customer handling & negotiation ability.3.
