About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Branch Head to lead our branch operations in Alleppey, Kerala. As the Branch Head, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire branch’s performance, ensuring operational excellence, driving business growth, and leading a motivated team to achieve ambitious goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all branch operations and administrative functions.
• Lead, guide, and motivate the branch team to achieve sales and business targets.
• Ensure smooth day-to-day operations in compliance with company policies and financial regulations.
• Handle recruitment, training, and performance management of team members.
• Foster strong relationships with customers, ensuring a superior service experience.
• Develop and execute local business strategies to enhance profitability and growth.
• Prepare and present periodic performance reports to senior management.

What We’re Looking For

• Education: Graduate degree in any discipline (MBA preferred).
• Experience: Minimum 3 year of experience as a Branch Manager / Branch Head in Banking, Microfinance, or Financial Services.
• Proven leadership skills and the ability to manage and develop a high-performing team.
• Strong analytical, decision-making, and communication skills.
• Male candidates preferred (as per organizational requirements).
