Branch Head

As a Branch Head at Fairdeal Realtors, your primary responsibility will be to lead the overall operations of the branch office in Pune. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will play a crucial role in managing the branch's revenue goals and ensuring seamless coordination across various support functions such as HR, Marketing, Accounts, and Inventory. This is a strategic and execution-heavy role that requires a capable and mature professional who can independently drive business growth while effectively managing teams and operations. Key Responsibilities: - Business Leadership & P&L Ownership: Take charge of the branch's financial performance and ensure profitability through strategic planning and effective decision-making. - Sales Team Management: Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve targets and drive revenue growth. - Marketing & Enquiry Generation: Develop and implement marketing strategies to generate leads and increase brand visibility. - Property Inventory & Operations: Oversee property inventory management and ensure smooth operations of the branch office. - HR & Administration Oversight: Manage HR functions and administrative tasks to support the overall functioning of the branch. - Financial Coordination: Work closely with the finance team to ensure proper coordination and financial management. The ideal candidate for this role should have 10-15 years of overall experience with a minimum of 4-5 years in a leadership position overseeing both sales and support functions. Experience in commercial real estate would be preferable, although candidates from related industries such as Corporate Facility Management Services, Business Centers, or City Operations Heads are also encouraged to apply. Success in this role will be measured by your ability to meet revenue targets, drive operational efficiency, ensure team engagement, and enhance market visibility and branch reputation. To excel in this position, you should possess strong team leadership skills, hands-on management style, proficiency in CRM systems, sales funnel monitoring, and dashboard reviews. An analytical mindset, effective communication skills, and negotiation abilities are also essential for success in this role. Education requirements include a Graduate/MBA degree in Business Management, Real Estate, or related fields.
