Branch Credit Manager

Role & responsibilities

1. Underwriting of Loan Applications for Business Loans profiles all branches of South India adhering to the policies and guidelines laid by the company.
2. High levels of quality of underwriting to be maintained and applications to be processed within the prescribed timelines.
3. To conduct Tele PD with the customers and to understand about the business, his financials status
4. Ability to build high quality retail portfolio. Co-ordination with other internal verticals which includes Sales, Operations, Non CPU Credit Team at branches.
5. Co-ordination and follow up with external vendors for PD reports, FI reports and to ensure reports are received and updated as per the timelines.
6. Ability to understand the customer requirements and to structure the loan application best suited program according to the profiles.
7. Ensure the successful adoption of internal compliances & regulatory framework across the business.
8. Coordinate with internal audit and regulatory audit regarding their various requirements and address their concerns on aspects of credit policies and procedures and their implementation.
9. Majorily seeking for CPU concept

10.Language proficiency in Tamil and English is required mandatorily.
