Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Branch Collection Incharge located in Mandsaur. The responsibilities include managing the branch’s collections portfolio, ensuring timely and effective recovery of payments, and maintaining strong relationships with customers. The Branch Collection Incharge will oversee loan repayment activities, monitor trends to identify risks, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Additionally, the role will involve evaluating delinquent accounts and implementing solutions to recover overdue payments while maintaining a customer-centric approach.

Qualifications

Strong knowledge of collection processes, account management, and loan recovery practices
Proficient communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
Analytical skills to assess financial risks and develop repayment strategies
Ability to effectively lead and motivate a team to meet collection targets
Working knowledge of relevant legal and regulatory guidelines is advantageous
Proficiency in digital tools and systems
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
